How you’ll make an impact in this role
Deliver precise medication regimens to patient care areas, ensuring every patient receives the exact treatment they need at the right time.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to monitor and update patient profiles, ensuring care plans remain safe and effective throughout the patient’s stay.
Empower medical staff and patients by providing clear, accessible medication education that improves health literacy and safety.
Safeguard the community by maintaining meticulous documentation for controlled substances, ensuring full compliance and medication security.
Support the clinical team through accurate medication compounding and dosing selections to meet the unique needs of complex patient cases.
