To support payroll operations across the United States and Canada, the experienced Payroll Consultant will provide payroll management and advisory services on a contract basis, focusing on processing, compliance, data analysis, and issue resolution while collaborating with HR and finance teams. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Oversee payroll software systems, maintaining updates in line with regulatory changes and company policies Analyze payroll data to identify trends and discrepancies, generating reports to inform management decisions Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in payroll processing and analysis Proficiency in UKG Pro payroll software or similar HRIS platforms In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the United States and Canada Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
